Ambitious Projects, Carefully Executed
The CSSPS – 3 Sites project involved the installation of three modular complexes for a single school board, each seamlessly connected to its respective school by a fire-resistant link. The ambitious setup spanned 110 modules across three sites, providing over 45,000 square feet, including staircases and sanitary units. These modular complexes, ranging from one to two storeys, required extensive civil work and innovative structural solutions to accommodate open spaces on each floor. Due to the project’s scale and the distance from our core rental market, Modulable coordinated closely with local subcontractors and manufacturing partners to ensure precision and efficiency. This collaboration allowed us to prefabricate as much as possible in the factory, meeting both structural demands and timeline requirements. The successful delivery of these three complexes reflects our commitment to handling complex, large-scale projects with expertise and meticulous planning.
