Modulable, formerly known as AMB Modular, is the leading provider of integrated modular solutions for the institutional sector in Eastern Canada. As a general contractor exclusively dedicated to modular construction, we combine the best of both worlds: the efficiency and speed of industrialization with the precision and rigor of conventional construction. Our approach is based on standardized yet adaptable modules, enabling us to meet the specific needs of our clients while ensuring speed, quality, and adaptability.
To support our strategy of sectoral and geographic diversification, particularly our pan-Canadian expansion, and as part of our family succession process, we welcomed the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) into our shareholder base in 2023. This partnership allows us to grow even faster, providing access to strategic and financial resources of the highest caliber while enhancing our capacity to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
